All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed on holidays holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping time depends on the method of shipping selected.
In most cases shipping will take 3-5 business days.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If your product is damaged or lost during shipping Otherworld may be able to help you with a replacement or a refund. If you have issues with your order please email "Shop@Otherworld.com" to discuss options.
Also, be sure file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
